Phase 2: internal fit out of Levels 2-4 from shell and core to provide banqueting hall, education facilities, fitness centre and two residential apartments, allowing full use of the building with minimal disruption during construction. This required careful management of logistics in conjunction with the client to ensure safe segregation from the general public accessing the building seven days a week
