Conversion and refurbishment of an existing Grade II listed building, in collaboration with English Heritage and the Local Conservation Officer which included two rooftop extensions to the rear wings using traditional construction methods. The external courtyard car park was converted into a restaurant with a glass-roofed atrium at a height of 15m. The existing basement was extended to allow for plant and back of house facilities.
